It's Haruhi~!Welcome to furudango.com, home of Koshiko and Shinaru [if he ever gets around to posting u_u~].

So where did the name ‘furudango’ come from? What inspired this blog to happen? Are you interested in finding out? Read on~ xD

Basically, my brother and I love to draw, he more so than I though. We wanted a name for our ‘group’, you know, like the japanese groups/circles for manga and doujins. Our first name was Orenji-jusu, but I prefer drinking Ringo-jusu [apple juice :q], so I wavered a bit and wasn’t totally happy with the name. Next was the dango idea~

While we love the filled buns from the asian bakeries [especially pork buns~], we liked the word ‘dango’ instead of ‘bun’, lol. Since we moved away from oranges and apples individually, fruits was the next idea. We watched Fruits Basket ages ago and it was sometimes referred to as ‘Furuba’, can you see where I’m heading with this story? Lol~

Ya, we then ended up with furudango~ all lower-case because we think it’s cuter :3
Yes, I realise there have been no drawings posted yet ^^;; will do something about it sooner or later.

My inspiration for starting this blog was all thanks to Danny~ Thank you Mr. Choo for your awesome website and community of ‘otaku’, fellow fans of japanese culture :3
Danny kept me guessing a few times, is he or isn’t he? Turns out he really is the son of famous shoe designer, Jimmy Choo. Not many people who regularly visit dannychoo.com had any idea of who his father really was, but it’s been confirmed a few times by now, hehe. Danny had a wiki entry, but it keeps getting deleted and posted up again. Please keep his page posted wiki~!
