You should~ if only to visit Kinokuniya xD. I generally start from Central station and work my way up to Town Hall when I do visit. I saw it on the news and was shocked that people lined up so early, but it was funny how they were saying that it was a new 'religion' on the news. I actually don't go to sydney that much, I dont even remember the last time I went :O I think it was to visit family. I definately have to go more often. The apple store looks so massive!
